Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Accept and process electronic payments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Provide administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Previous office management experience is a plus
Details:
- This position is TEMPORARY- For tax season only (through April)
- This is a Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm job opportunity.
- Pay is determined by experience
