Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant at Oncore Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting our healthcare professionals, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on improving the lives of individuals through pelvic floor physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
Patient Registration and Documentation:
- Collect and enter patient information accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere in the clinic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Proficient in developing and overseeing social media content for diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
