Chasin' The Taste Catering, a thriving catering and private dining enterprise based in the vibrant city of Houston, TX, is currently in search of a highly professional Personal Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities designed to elevate our client relations and overall business performance.

As a Personal Assistant at Chasin' The Taste Catering, your core duties will encompass managing email communications with finesse, engaging with clients through phone conversations to secure bookings while adeptly implementing upselling techniques, diligently following up with clients post-events to ensure satisfaction, and skillfully orchestrating impactful email marketing campaigns.

This position demands a high level of professionalism and tact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will operate remotely from the comfort of your home office, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional catering experiences while building and nurturing valuable client relationships.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Facebook, Twitter, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
• Ability to transcribe emails into text format for email correspondence with internal clients and external clients
• Ability to type 40 WPM or higher
• Ability to type with minimal distractions while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy in a high-volume environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
