Devo is a privately held, hyper-growth SaaS company, and we are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Specialist who is passionate about cybersecurity, building strong connections with our buyers, and making a positive impact on enterprises and the community.
This key position will be responsible for positioning our internal and external channel sales teams to win. You will track Devo's key competitors, distill key competitive insights, and package them for consumption by our sales teams. Additionally, you will help accelerate our channel go-to-market strategy by creating the content necessary for our partners to be successful. You should be technical enough to understand our innovative technology and how it relates to competitors and be able to translate Devo's value into concise and compelling messages and content for our sales teams. A positive, can-do attitude is a must while also being able to have fun while disrupting the cybersecurity market.
Responsibilities:
  • Continuously researching, analyzing, and synthesizing intelligence on Devo's key competitors
  • Creating and updating quarterly competitor briefs for our sellers
  • Arming the sales team with competitive objections rebuttals, battle cards, and training as part of sales enablement
  • Craft the content necessary for our channel partners to position and sell Devo effectively. This includes sales collateral and enablement content
  • Assist with our channel partner communications program to ensure our partners have the information they need to succeed

Qualifications:
  • Successful track record of working collaboratively with distributed cross-functional teams
  • Forward-thinker, adept at interpreting data analyses and drawing marketing implications from research and customer insight
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into a clear, compelling story
  • Proven showcase of authored content and ability to speak confidently to different audiences
  • Strong business understanding and ability to prioritize and make trade-offs based on impact
  • Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environmen

Background:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Product Marketing, product management, or equivalent
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is ideal and enterprise B2B software experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required

Travel:
This position requires about 15 to 20% overnight travel
