Responsibilities
- Execute precise and timely payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Be the key point of contact for client inquiries, addressing payroll-related issues with prompt and professional assistance.
- Maintain regular client communication to ensure timely receipt and approval of payroll data.
- Securely manage and update payroll data provided by clients.
- Generate and distribute various payroll reports and statements to clients according to contracts.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and challenges.
- Keep comprehensive documentation of client interactions, highlighting issues and resolutions.
- Propose and implement process improvements to elevate the efficiency of our payroll services.
- Prepare periodic forms such as Disability and Workers Compensation.
- Implement and uphold General Ledger mapping between Payroll Processor and QB.
- Collaborate with internal departments, providing payroll information upon request.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years experience in payroll processing, preferably with Paychex or ADP payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in a role involving direct interaction with customers
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Experience with QuickBooks or General ledger highly preferred
- Proficiency in payroll mapping
- Previous work experience with Non- Profit organizations
Salary Range
US Remote: $55,000- $60,000 USD per year
