**Dance Instructor**
**Duties:**
- Plan and deliver dance lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
-Open to teaching a range of classes such as ballet, ballroom, social dancing, & fitness classes
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Teach proper dance techniques, movements, and choreography
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the dance studio
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Stay updated on current dance trends, styles, and techniques
**Skills:**
- Education: Experience in educating students in the field of dance, with knowledge of different teaching methods and strategies.
- Dance expertise: Proficient in various dance styles, techniques, and choreography. Experience in social and ballroom dancing would be ideal
- Adult education: Experience in teaching dance to adult learners, adapting teaching methods to suit their needs and abilities
- Behavior management: Skill in managing student behavior effectively, addressing any disruptive or challenging behaviors in a positive manner
