Duties:
Takes lead in compensation initiatives for the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, and other areas of the human resource function. Assist in planning, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures, in order to be responsive to the organization’s goals and competitive practices. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR Information System, including timely processing of personnel data, data integrity, data analysis and reporting. Leads all payroll functions, including multi-state and multi-company payroll setup, entry, processing, reporting, analysis, and tax compliance.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or business-related field required.
- 3 years direct work experience in human resource experience, to include strong working knowledge and/or experience in salary administration, HRIS/payroll, and generalist duties.
- Proficiency with ADP highly desired.
- Experience with performance management systems is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
- Upon hire, candidate must have reliable personal transportation to facilitate travel between to various worksites and other locations as required by the position. This includes a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle that is legally registered and insured.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
