- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Run reports to verify entries.
- Communicate with Project Managers and Employes's
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as accounts payable specialist
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Foundation Software experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
