Wax Specialist/Esthetician

As a Wax Specialist you'll be a team player who can hit the ground running while also building your skills and book of business with our comprehensive training program.

We're in the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin, and with your help, you'll give guests a reason to walk in, and strut out. To encourage loyal guests, we offer incentives (packages and memberships) and use local and national advertising to promote guest frequency. To ensure your guests always receive the best results, European Wax Center has an exclusive line of skin and brow-care retail products.

Here is what we are looking for:

• A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist, willing to learn new techniques
• A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Capability to do all body waxing
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to have models for training purposes
• Understands, believes in and upholds EWC Core Values (Three C’s)
• Sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Performing quality, professional hair removal service that meet clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state
• Follow protocols to personalized sessions and recommending a home-care regimen to achieve desired results
• Great teammates who show up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their smooth skin goals
• Meet all service and retail sales goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
