Payroll Clerk

Job Opportunity for Payroll Clerk with Mission-Oriented Organization

Job Description:

· Review timecards for accuracy regarding hours entered for hours worked, vacation, sick time, holiday, unpaid leave, etc in alignment with organizational policies

· Review requests for changes to punches from ee's / managers

· Review accruals

· Correspond with managers and ee's regarding timecard discrepancies

· Review for accurate pay calculation and deductions

· Complete payroll audits, prior to posting for processing

· Audit HR changes such as new hires, rate changes, direct deposit, W-4, terminations etc

· Assist staff with payroll related questions

· Software- Paycom, Excel, MS Suite

· Prior experience with payroll and payroll software req'd
