I am in need of a Personal Assistant to assist with office business matters and day-to-day office operations. The job pays $300/Week and is part time and remote.
Our family-owned and operated company has been in business “Since 1961”. We are a roofing company with offices throughout the state, including Austin, San Antonio, San Marcos, Dallas, Spring, and Houston. You will interact with these offices potentially but mainly the Austin location.
This person will:
1. Schedule meetings and appointments
2. Manage calendars
3. Return phone calls
4. Send out emails and documents as needed
5. Interact with insurance claims and other paper work
6. Other office duties as needed
Some work can be preformed from home, and some from office.
The assistant I am looking for will be organized, detail-oriented, VERY professional, have a flexible schedule so can work when needed, and be able to self-manage.
Must pass a background and reference check.
Ready to start immediately. 15 to 20 hours a week to start, it just depends on how efficient the person is and how quickly they can get tasks done.
