Accounts Payable
- Receive, process, request founder’s approval for and pay bills (weekly)
- Prepare and monitor past-due payable reports (biweekly)
- Ensure necessary tax documentation for 1099s (W-9s) and prepare 1099s (ongoing, 1x/year)
Accounts Receivable
- Check for wires, ACH transfers and checks from customers and record in Quickbooks (weekly)
Payroll
- Serve as liaison and submit payrolls to third-party payroll service (weekly)
Banking
- Review customer credit-card transactions and clear sales transactions in Quickbooks (daily/weekly)
- Review company credit-card transactions and enter expenses in Quickbooks (monthly)
- Support controller as needed for bank account reconciliations (monthly)
Inventory
- Record product received at warehouse to create payables in Quickbooks (weekly)
- Record results of physical inventory (2x/year) in Quickbooks; identify needed reconciliations
- Monitor and manage inventory of certain SKUs in warehouse, to ensure timely reordering (weekly)
Cash Management
- Meet with founder to review payables, receivables, cash on hand and credit-line balance (weekly)
Recordkeeping
- Ensure timely and organized recordkeeping (ongoing)
- Organize, save and purge historical bookkeeping files as needed (annually)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.81 - $25.06 per hour
