```Duties```
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Track and record financial transactions in accounting software
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Perform account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quicken, QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with tax regulations and payroll processing
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
- Experience with governmental accounting is a plus
- Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
