Salary- ```Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist , with day-to-day administrative tasks using Quickbooks , and must have knowledge of AIA billing.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including debits and credits
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
