Precise Bookkeeping is a growing bookkeeping company serving businesses across different industries in multiple states. This position starts at 25 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired.

Job responsibilities:
- Prepare/review accounting & financial reports
- Record financial transactions into all ledgers
- Reconcile accounts: manage bank and vendor accounts to identify discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries
- Perform general accounting duties
- Prepare payroll & sales/use tax returns.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- 3 - 5 year's bookkeeping experience
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
