Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our busy, general practice law firm as a Bookkeeper. As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for inputting financial data, creating invoices, billing and collecting fees from clients. You will work in Quickbooks and other software programs. The position that requires strong attention to detail, understanding of accounting principals, and flexibility in a busy workplace. We offer health care, 401K, flexible schedule and possibility of working remotely for some of the work week.

Duties:
- input daily time for attorneys and staff
- create monthly invoices for clients
- manage accounts in Quickbooks
-input account payables

Requirements:
- understanding and experience with Quickbooks online
- willingness to work in a busy but fun general practice law firm

-attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and follow through with tasks
- ability to manage calendar and caseload

Skills:
- understand financial principals
- ability to use Quickbooks and willingness to learn other software programs
- ability to work well with others and handle a variety of tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
