We are seeking a part-Time Office Manager/bookkeeper who enjoys keeping things organized in a friendly work environment. You will oversee the booking of golf outings and leagues through out the season. Process all billing and employee payroll records. This is a great job for someone looking for flexible daytime hours.
Job Duties:
- Generate customer invoices and process payments.
- Communicate with customers regarding their invoices
- Run financial reports and assist in budgeting
- Pay all bills
- Process employee payroll and maintain HR records
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
- Track and implement renewals of insurance policies, software subscriptions, and professional licenses
- Assist president and accountant in tax planning
- Respond to potential client inquiries
- Keep organized records on the fileserver
- Maintain office supply stocks
Skills required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
-Proficiency using QuickBooks
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Office)
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing any questions regarding outings or events.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
