Description:
Performs Accounts Payable related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas including, but not limited to, operating payments, filing, and records management for all Vaco companies.
Essential Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive invoices and process all payables in Great Plains
- Administer all ACH and manual check payments
- Coordinate with local office and controller for review and approval of payments
- Process vendor payments and 1099s
- Assist with quarterly tax payments and owner distribution payments
- Assist with contract review to make sure payments are properly scheduled

Education and Experience:
- Highschool education or GED
- One year of AP experience required
- Microsoft office suite experience, including advanced Excel experience required
Location: In office.
Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel Requirements:
Less than 25%

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion
