The Part Time Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent is responsible for accounting for the flow of money and ensuring timely collection of rent as well as other receivables. The Assistant Property Manager will also process “move-ins”, “move-outs”, meet management goals and objectives, and achieve the standards required for Property Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges (begin collection procedures for damages).
• Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through emails
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Must work on Saturdays

A candidate coming out of retirement or a back to work mother who is able to answer phones, some computer skills, able to learn the different programs (Onesite), show apartments upstairs and downstairs and lease would be a perfect candidate.

Able to work flexible hours if need be and available on Saturdays.
