Your Impact:
- Play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Collaborate in developing leasing and marketing strategies to boost occupancy and retain residents.
- Work closely with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to implement the property's business plan.
- Monitor property performance, reporting on key metrics like delinquency and leasing activities.
- Spearhead resident retention programs and organize engaging community events.
- Ensure the property always looks its best by inspecting units and overseeing maintenance.
We Need You To Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ResMan (preferred) or another property management software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluency in English

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
