Assistant Property Manager

```Overview:
We are seeking a high energey , well organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Property Manager and assist with various property management and sales tasks. If you have experience in real estate administration and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of residential and commerical property
- Handle leasing inquiries and schedule property tours
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain tenant files and records, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and rent payment records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in residential and commercial sales, marketing and management activities
- Experience using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms
- Knowledge of contract management and lease administration
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and procedures
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation
- Sales skills for promoting available properties to potential tenants
- Understanding of legal administrative tasks related to property management, including knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines
