We are looking for a go getter than can help our business grow more. We currently already have a Property Manager but we are looking someone with experience in office / administrative to help assist her. Together you will both be handling about 200 rental units.
Job Duties:
- Visit all vacant units once a week
- Make sure all vacant units are either listed for rent or actively being worked on by maintenance to get it ready to be listed for rent
- Leasing (marketing property, answering messages/calls from prospective tenants, processing applications, coordinating make ready/cleaning before tenant moves in) Great opportunity to make some extra money!
- order appliances
- filling out forms/paperwork, such as eviction petitions, leases, etc.
- coordinating maintenance requests with tenant and maintenance man
- entering & paying bills
- turning on/off utilities
- enter rent payments
- insurance renewals
- Etc. Etc.
