We are seeking a dynamic and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at Amaz Property Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while being proficient in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed
