### Assistant Property Manager #### Duties: - Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property - Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Assist with property leasing and marketing efforts - Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documents - Conduct property tours for potential tenants - Assist in rent collection and delinquency management - Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from tenants - Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records #### Skills: - Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively - Proficient in using property management software, such as OneSite, for lease tracking and reporting - Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to property management, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
