Real Property Management Talent is searching for a highly motivated and driven Leasing and Administrative Assistant.
The Leasing and Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting business operations through administrative tasks, as well as providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current property owners and tenants.
This position is often the face of Real Property Management Talent and requires our ideal candidate to be friendly and outgoing while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
Your Responsibilities as a Leasing and Admin Assistant
- Reception - You'll be the face of the company, cheerfully and professionally interacting with visitors, whether in person, via phone, and/or email. You'll gather information and direct them as appropriate to the correct department.
- Nurture Leads – As the first point of contact for incoming applicants, you will reach out to leads to arrange showings and follow up after the showings are complete. The goal is a successfully signed lease and a resident who rents from us again and again.
- Get Applications & Get Leases – Follow our process to ensure the lead submits an application. Keep the applicant informed throughout the process and get them all the way to a signed lease agreement.
- Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – As the primary point of contact for the applicants, you will get direct feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities. You will bring your observations back to help influence listed rent prices.
- Service with A Smile – You are probably the first person anyone talks to, and their guide through the showing, application, and tenancy processes. You will help answer their questions, put them at ease, and make their first few impressions of us a great experience.
- Executive Team Support - You'll be our go-to for certain administrative tasks that help keep us going. This can be anything from assisting with marketing, lease renewals, purchasing, reporting, and data entry.

- You're dependable and work well with all levels of employees/management.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing are a requirement!
Job Requirements for the Leasing Agent Position
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- You must have at least 2 years of Property Management or related experience.
- You must have a working knowledge of various computer software.
- You should have past experience actively using and updating a CRM.
- You should have prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
- You must have a valid driver’s license.
Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the Leasing Agent position is a rate of $16-18 per hour, DOE.
