Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our commercial properties. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our properties, while providing excellent customer service to our tenants. Duties: - Manage all aspects of Commercial Property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Develop and implement property management plans and strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs, maintenance, and renovations - Oversee lease agreements, including negotiating terms, rent collection, and lease renewals - Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information using property management software (OneSite) - Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for property expansion or acquisition - Resolve conflicts or disputes between tenants or with external parties Requirements: - Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and regulations - Proficient in using property management software (OneSite) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple properties simultaneously - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports related to property performance - Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations - Sales skills to market available properties and negotiate lease agreements Join our team as a Commercial Property Manager and take on an exciting role in managing our commercial properties. Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
