As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team in day-to-day tasks.
Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. *Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel. *Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management. *Providing general administrative support to team members as needed. *Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. *Performing other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- *High school diploma or equivalent. *Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Strong organizational and time management skills. *Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Professional demeanor with a positive attitude. *Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Schedule:
- *This is a part-time position, currently 16 hours per week with the ability to move to 20-24 hours per week as workflow increases. *Schedule is Monday and Friday each week.
