The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, budgeting, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in QuickBooks.

- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record keeping
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and troubleshoot any issues
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for budgeting and financial management tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
