We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, taking proper inventory and supervising office tenants. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience as an Office Manager. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. You must also be familiar with Social Media platforms.
Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
