Potomac Land Development is looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our team in Rockville, MD. The position has the possibility of becoming full time.
The Administrator will interface directly with the Vice President of Land Development, as well as land sellers, employees of Classic Homes of Maryland, select customers, and real estate agents in various aspects of day-to-day operations.
Potomac Land Development is a regional custom land acquisition and development firm, affiliated with Classic Homes of Maryland, a custom design build home builder with an upscale product line of unique, one-of-a-kind residences.
This position is part time with flexible in office hours.
Administrator Duties:
- Track and manage attorneys, real estate agents, and land sellers utilizing the Zoho CRM.
- Respond to requests and contacts.
- Contract administration, including preparing and reviewing paperwork to assure accuracy.
- Setting meetings and appointments for in-office and online conferences.
- Data entry, special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Office Administrator qualifications:
- Applicants should be proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
- Current or prior experience with Zoho or other CRM preferred.
- 3+ years of office experience preferred.
- Highly professional and excellent communication skills required.
- Prior experience in the residential building or affiliated industries is heavily considered (title company, banks or lending institutions, subcontracting firms, etc.).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
