We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, working the front desk, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating customer information or entering orders into the system
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
