We are a longstanding local company that has been providing business to business services throughout the Twin Cities for over 45 years and we are looking to add the right person to join our close knit office staff. The right person would have a positive and friendly personality who thrives in a busy environment working with both customers over the phone and Office Administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- perform data entry and maintain records in Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and and prospects
- Assist with sales and upselling efforts
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or prospects
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent phone skills in both customer service & sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient email skill with proper grammar and structure
- Previous experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone likes
-Ability to type accurately and efficiently
-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
