What You’ll Do:
- Day-to-Day Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Payroll entry for all hourly employees
- Assist Dry Bean Production with SAP functions
- Audit entries to ensure accuracy
- Run and create various reports for the accounting and AGRO department
- New pack trucker’s payroll during the months of June-November
- Filing and Organizing office materials
- Help with answering main office phone line, transfer incoming calls, and deliver messages
- Provide back up for all other clerical staff, general office
- May perform other job duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior experience in the accounting/data entry field
- SAP experience preferred, not required
- Bilingual preferred, not required
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Safety mindset
