Position Summary:
PQC is seeking a Mailroom Administrative Assistant to support The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service manages programs that support both domestic and international conservation and management of living marine resources within the Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and distribute packages and mail delivery
- Monitor timesheet status and prepare WebTA reports
- Run leave audit reports for separating employees.
- Process Travel Authorizations
- Organize, audit, inventory, and stock supply cabinets, closets, and main supply room; complete supply orders from all Divisions;
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
