Amazon Shipping is looking for driven, results orientated and customer obsessed entrepreneurial leaders to lead our Learning and Development strategy. This will be a pivotal role that enables you to have significant business impact through your direct involvement in enabling the Sales and Marketing teams globally as we continue to expand internationally.

You are the voice of the learner and will ensure their needs are at the forefront of every deliverable. You are knowledgeable in adult learning strategies for performance-based outcomes, can adapt and move quickly. You should be comfortable managing multiple concurrent and independent tasks in a fast-paced environment, while meeting milestones and deadlines.
Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate Learning and Development programs and initiatives that support Amazon Shipping’s strategic objectives and business goals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial business leaders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions that meet business requirements.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives, and use insights to continuously improve the quality and impact of L&D offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry experts to stay current on learning trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovative and creative approaches to Learning and Development, and lead the implementation of new initiatives as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to Learning and Development.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
