Business Development Manager

Base Salary plus commission potential of around $90,000-$95,000/annually

Cole Health is looking for a driven individual with a passion for community connection, relationship building and truly making a difference in the lives of others. We are wanting a self-starter that can establish relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, and disability organizations within the communities of Bellevue, Bothell and Lakewood.

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Cole Health, you would be directly responsible for patient acquisition, provider relations, community education and engagement. This may include visiting physicians, schools, and any other entity or organization that may have the potential to refer a patient to Cole Health. As BDM, you would be responsible for educating the community on all aspect of Cole Health’s services and motivate customers to choose Cole Health as their provider of choice. The BDM must work well independently and self-motivate to achieve goals. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Cole Health.
