Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Peak Landscape, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business in the Pacific Northwest. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to develop strategies that keep Peak at the forefront of the landscape industry.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing our capabilities and unique value propositions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to network and represent Peak Landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Business Development within the landscape or related industry.
Strong understanding of the landscaping market in the Pacific Northwest.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
