Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts, is proficient in Quickbooks, Micrsoft Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe, Sharepoint, and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including but not limitied to; invoicing, receivables and payables.
- Input billing entries into Quickbooks and/or MS Excel.
- Reconciliations.
- Email correspondence with clients.
- Various other billing projects as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Exprience with Outlook, Quickbooks, and Adobe.
- Be technologically savvy, this is a REMOTE position, you will be expected to figure out technical issues on your own.
- Have MS Office, Adobe Pro and MS SharePoint.
