Role Title: Senior Visual Designer
Duration: 9 Months, potential to extend
Work Location: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote NYC Location
Work Schedule: Normal EST business hours, Monday – Friday
As a Senior Visual Designer you will collaborate with creative leadership to drive the development of compelling visuals for our client’s products; You will be responsible for developing compelling creative concepts, design high-fidelity deliverables, and collaborating closely with other designers, writers, producers, strategists and product marketers to ensure a seamless execution across regions and channels. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your design expertise and contribute to impactful NPI launches that resonate with a global audience
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful creative concepts and executions that align with Platforms & Services strategy
- Brainstorm and create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate your creative vision
- Sell ideas and proactively influence and address input from cross-functional partners with a positive attitude
- Synthesize feedback from multiple sources and iterate rapidly
- Possess a deep understanding of design principles for crafting a consistent and unified visual experience across various platforms.
Minimum Qualifications (MQs)
- An online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design aesthetic and executions (featuring your direct contributions)
- Expertise in designing across various campaigns and channels
- Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions to brand and business problems
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a visual or graphic designer
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Passion for design and technology
- Enthusiasm for developing, mentoring or inspiring other designers
- Past experience as a lead designer within a creative agency or in-house
- Involvement in championing inclusive behaviors both across your teams and within design
