We are seeking a high energy, driven, and well-organized candidate. The individual should have superb administrative skills, a professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills.
The applicant must have Quickbook experience, Bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service.
This position is approximately 15-25 hours per week. This is a temporary position of 4 months.
Schedule is flexible, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Answer and screen all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist and prepare sales orders for route representatives.
Pay bills and reconcile bank accounts.
Contact customers regarding invoices and payments.
Work on various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting platforms is highly desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel & Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibit an energetic, driven personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Can successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments.
