Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position requires proficiency in accounting software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
· Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
· Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

· Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
· Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
· Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or office manager.
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $25-30/hr.
