We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry Data Specialist with a background in accounting, QuickBooks proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting and managing data with a high level of accuracy
- Utilizing accounting knowledge to assist with financial records
- Communicating effectively with tenants and city officials over the phone
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Using QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and records
- Full time position
Qualifications:
Must speak English
- Strong attention to detail and data entry experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Some Knowledge in QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
- Spanish speaker preferred
- Test must be completed for consideration
