We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry Data Specialist with a background in accounting, QuickBooks proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting and managing data with a high level of accuracy
• Utilizing accounting knowledge to assist with financial records
• Communicating effectively with tenants and city officials over the phone
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Using QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and records
• Full time position

Qualifications:

Must speak English

• Strong attention to detail and data entry experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Some Knowledge in QuickBooks preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
• Spanish speaker preferred
• Test must be completed for consideration
