As Bookkeeper/Office Assistant, you will:
- Utilize Deltek Ajera for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, posting debits and credits, and assisting with the production of financial statements.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our team by providing reliable support in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in the management of schedules and communications to facilitate effective organization and planning.
As Bookkeeper/Office Assistant, you are:
- An organizational powerhouse, effortlessly balancing multiple tasks.
- An excellent communicator, capable of liaising with staff, clients, and suppliers to support the President’s agenda and Bargas’ objectives.
- A decision-maker who is confident in your ability to independently manage tasks and resolve issues proactively.
As Bookkeeper/Office Assistant, you have:
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, with a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus, though not mandatory, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A track record of effectively managing office responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, and making informed decisions.
