Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team and support the HR department in various administrative and coordination tasks. The coordinator will prepare employee onboarding paperwork, coordinate benefits enrollments and records maintenance, and assist with recruiting activities. Coordinates activities related to payroll, timekeeping, and records retention.
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, tracking attendance, and managing HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

- Support employee relations activities, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Assist with HR-related events and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by staying current on HR laws and best practices.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting HR documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
