LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for their Portland office! This role will directly support the Talent Acquisition team with resume reviews, scheduling interviews and onboarding of new hires. We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of Human Resources assistance, recruiting or recruiting coordination experience who can start working immediately.

Position Details:
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Duration: 1-3 month contract (potential for conversion to permanent)
Pay: $23-$28 per hour DOE
Hours: M-F, full time, normal business hours
What you'll be doing:
Directly support the HR and Talent Acquisition team
Review resumes of applicants that have applied to job posts
Schedule interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
Onboard new hires including conducting background checks, scheduling drug screens, and compliance paperwork
Enter candidate and employee updates utilizing an ATS and HRIS system
Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High School Dipoloma or equivalent is required
1+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Assistant, Recruiter, or Recruiting Coordinator
Experience using an ATS or HRIS system as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and organization
Personable and positive "can-do" attitude
Reliability and commitment to the duration of the contracted period
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
