$25 per hour and up – Depending on Experience

Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, hybrid work schedule available

About the Job

As an integral member of our HR team, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the organization's strategic goals. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Some responsibilities include:

• Overseeing onboarding of new hires and employee data management.
• Managing a company-wide employee recognition program.
• Performing reoccurring (monthly, quarterly, etc.) audits of the HRIS.
• Providing backup support to our Recruiter (screening & interviewing candidates) and HR Manager (employee relations, policy development & implementation)
• Generating reports and analyzing HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
• Assisting with leave and benefits administration as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
• Human Resource Information Systems practical experience (HRIS Coordinator, Assistant, or Specialist)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• ADP Workforce Now, Toast and 7shifts experience preferred.
• 2 or 4-year degree in business, HR, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
