The HR Coordinator provides support in all phases of Human Resource activity and will be based at our Frisco office.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Bi-Weekly payroll
• Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, terminations, payroll backup, and benefits administration.
• Support staff with day-to-day questions and issues.
• Support recruiter with applicant screenings, job postings, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of HR employee files.
• Aid in HR process refinement and continuous improvement.
• Assist with maintenance of HRIS and ERP systems by keeping employee data up to date.
• Generation of reports as needed.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with core HR knowledge and employment labor laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal service.
• Possess a go-getter attitude with a self-starter mentality.
• Strong proofreading skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. (Other work experience or certifications may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree)
• 2-5 years' experience in Human Resources preferred.
• 3 years experience preparing and processing payroll.
• Valid Driver's License.
