The HR Coordinator provides support in all phases of Human Resource activity and will be based at our Frisco office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Bi-Weekly payroll
- Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, terminations, payroll backup, and benefits administration.
- Support staff with day-to-day questions and issues.
- Support recruiter with applicant screenings, job postings, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of HR employee files.
- Aid in HR process refinement and continuous improvement.
- Assist with maintenance of HRIS and ERP systems by keeping employee data up to date.
- Generation of reports as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with core HR knowledge and employment labor laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal service.
- Possess a go-getter attitude with a self-starter mentality.
- Strong proofreading skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. (Other work experience or certifications may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree)
- 2-5 years' experience in Human Resources preferred.
- 3 years experience preparing and processing payroll.
- Valid Driver's License.
