We are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Generalist with expertise in payroll management to join our dynamic team. if you have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in payroll administration and would like a role where you are a true partner, this role might be for you. As our HR / Payroll Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of HR & QHSE and play a pivotal role in supporting various HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate payroll processes.
Requirements:- 5 + years of effective experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on payroll administration in a growing mid size company.
- Strong understanding of HRIS & Payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proven record of taking initiative, working without supervision and ability to initiate and complete projects independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Paylocity HRIS/Payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
