I. Job Summary
The Manager, HR Technology is the business champion for assigned Oracle HCM module(s)/HR application(s) Payroll and is responsible for partnering with the respective COE Leader to consult, innovate and deliver technology solutions to the organization.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for Payroll system design (multiple platforms and integrations) with a focus on business objectives and end user experience Fosters teamwork, agility, and decision-making.
- Manages multiple competing priorities; assesses deliverables and adapts resources through capacity planning, business calendar events, and unanticipated break-fixes.
- Fosters teamwork, agility, and decision-making.
- Reviews Oracle HCM release notes and vendor published sites to keep current, resolve issues and request enhancements.
- Facilitates design sessions, lead and review the development of design specs and configuration iterations, participating in the solution and validating/approving prior to deployment.
- Partners with COE Leaders to understand program objectives and processes to deliver technology solutions.
- Analyzes current and proposed processes/systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provides consultative advice to COEs and direction to Support team regarding optimization, augmentation and evolution and issue resolution of HR service delivery on complex issues.
- Oversees and is responsible for the gathering, documentation and analysis of functional requirements for config/reporting/integrations and the identification of new software licensing or hardware requirements and estimates budget.
- Coordinates with App Support on configuration. Prioritizes fixes, compliance, enhancements, projects with input from COE, PMO and App Support teams. Regularly interacts with senior management (SVP, VP, Sr. Directors) to develop roadmap for projects and enhancements.
- Identifies change impacts. In partnership with the PMO/CMO, supports the creation of change impact materials (job aids, training, FAQs, communications).
- Provides input/designs Oracle cloud reports and dashboards.
- Ultimately responsible for UAT.
- Champions data and process governance.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of at least one direct report and is considered a leader on the HR Tech team giving direction and feedback to members.
IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in HR Programs supporting Technology Service Delivery (in addition to education requirement).

The expected salary range for this position is $104,685 - $156,492. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
