- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in marketing roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Marketing expertise with the ability to contribute to employer branding and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with IT concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals.
- Legal acumen to evaluate and manage employment contracts.
